CafecitoTech (“CafecitoTech”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates automation for businesses: AI voice agents, SMS and RCS messaging, web chat, scheduling, websites and apps. This policy explains what information we collect through cafecitotech.com, our messaging programs and our client platform at app.cafecitotech.com, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, company, phone number and the message you send through our contact form or by replying to one of our messages.
- Messaging data: your mobile number, the content and timestamps of SMS/RCS messages exchanged with us, delivery status, and your opt-in and opt-out history.
- Account data for clients using our platform: login email, business profile, and the configuration of the automations we run for you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar logs collected automatically when you use our website.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation and deliver the services you asked for.
- To send transactional and conversational messages you have opted in to (appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, account notices).
- To operate, secure and improve our website and platform.
- To comply with legal obligations and carrier/industry rules for messaging.
3. SMS & RCS messaging
We send SMS and RCS messages only to people who have opted in by submitting a form, texting us first, or agreeing in writing. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or email us. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the messaging-platform providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as messaging carriers and hosting, scheduling and email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
5. Retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and carrier requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
- Opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
